Is there free parking?Yes. We have approximately 220 parking spots in the complex.

Can we bring outside catering?Yes. Landmark fee $200 per vendor(catering) is required

What is the seating capacity?

Can we bring outside bartender?No. Due to compliance issues in the past, we have resolved to using our own bartenders.

Is there a cleaning fee?Yes. It's already included in your venue fee.

What are the payment terms?Standard 50% Deposit to secure booking and remainder due by at least 30days prior to event. A 3.5% processing fee applies to all credit card payments. We also accept e-transfers to info@thechariot.ca
